Bianca Chater- Director/Founder of Talent Co.

Dancing has always been my passion and I began my training at a very early age. I was taught by some of the very best teachers available and was trained in Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Acrobatics, Hip Hop, Cheerleading and Singing right through to CSTD Teacher Level. I have competed and performed nationally, including being apart of a very high profile dance team performing 4 times a night throughout Australia. After establishing Talent Co. in 1996 I have continually furthered my education to compliment the management of the studio including a Diploma in Public Relations, Diploma of Marketing and Business, Certified Event Planner, Certificate III and IV in Fitness, Diploma in Musical Theatre, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Certificate in Dance Teaching and a Graduate Diploma in Dance Teaching and Management. I am also a registered assessor and travel throughout Australasia adjudicating, examining and assessing dancers in all genres.

Having my own studio has allowed me to continue my love of dancing and share my knowledge and experiences with my students.

Being motivated to teach and dance comes so naturally to me, as it is not only my passion but my number one priority, and in life when you enjoy and love something as much as I do dancing and teaching, then it becomes a journey of wonderful experiences.
